À Scialopp” was the nickname of our Nonno, a man whose passion for food, family, and hospitality shaped generations. He believed that every guest should be welcomed like family, every meal should be prepared with care, and every recipe should tell a story.
From him, we inherited more than recipes. We inherited a way of life: a love for authentic cooking, respect for quality ingredients, and the joy of bringing people together around great food.
Today, À Scialopp proudly carries his name, honoring the traditions he passed down and sharing the flavors of Naples with every customer who walks through our doors.
